We believe in the value of relationships.  The success of our firm is based on our firm philosophy.  BCPA takes pride in our relationships with our clients.  We view every client relationship like a partnership, and truly believe that our success is a result of our client’s success.  We are committed to providing close, personal attention to our clients.  We also want you to feel that we are here to help your agency.  Our firm is continually looking for ways to help you improve your policies and business methodology.  We feel this is a necessary duty of our firm so that we can help our clients meet their missions and goals.

We believe that BCPA exceeds your necessary criteria in regards to technical experience and reputation of the firm. Our firm thrives on building relationships with our clients and responding quickly to their needs. We take pride in giving you the assurance that the personal assistance you receive comes from years of advanced training, technical experience and financial acumen. Our continual investment of time and resources in professional education, state-of-the-art computer technology and extensive business relationships is indicative of our commitment to excellence. We are very sensitive to the burdens tax/accounting places on the an organization and have therefore always done everything in our power to make the process as easy as possible for owners/employees of the organization.

Firm Services and Profile

BCPA provides a wide range of financial services to many different industries, including government and nonprofit industries.  These services include audits, financial statement reviews, compilations of financial statements, tax return preparation, tax planning, consulting and bookkeeping.

Firm Staff Training, Monitoring and Retention

BCPA is extremely selective in the hiring process to insure that the new employee will fit with the firm’s philosophy, goals, and life environment.  As such, we have long-term dedicated staff with minimal turnover. 

We only hire employees that have the capability and competence necessary to perform the firm's work.  They must possess characteristics to enable them to perform competently, including meeting minimum academic requirements established by the firm, exhibiting maturity, integrity, leadership traits, and the ability to service our clientele.  We provide awesome quality of life benefits to our employees which helps maintain long-term employment.  In addition, the amount of prior experience the firm desires in potential candidates greatly increases our ability to properly service our clients. 

We are selective in attending quality, useful, and relative continuing education seminars that keep us current to the latest trends, changes, and challenges to the small businesses.

At Barton Gonzalez & Myers we stress the importance of personalized quality service to all clients.  To ensure that client services are delivered competently, our firm adheres to quality control procedures that conform to the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and our quality control program is the foundation our firm uses to make a serious commitment to quality.
